Reason for joining the directory

I want to join the Consortium's provider list because Queer elders deserve affirming, compassionate deathcare that honors their identities and stories. Too often, they face erasure and isolation, and I'm committed to ensuring they feel seen, valued, and supported. As well as providing gender-affirming, inclusive care TO ANYONE in the Queer community being at the heart of what I do, and therefore being part of the Consortium would help me reach more people and collaborate with others who share these values. Everyone in our community deserves dignity and care at the end of life.
