Reason for joining the directory
I want to bring Reiki and holistic health back to the table in an educational, gentle, and accessible way. Reiki, by design, helps individuals rebalance their bio-electromagnetic field (aura) and reset the body’s Vagus Nerve, helping recreate the natural healing environment within the body itself. This, in turn, brings healing and growth to an individual to aid in symptoms of anxiety, depression and C-PTSD. Being a trauma-informed practitioner, I want to help bring more peace, joy and love to my community!
