Many members of the LGBTQ+ community have sought care from someone claiming to be an "affirming provider," only to experience bias, micro aggressions, uninformed care, etc. My hope is to provide clients with a different experience. When it comes to neuropsychological testing specifically, there needs to be an understanding of how identity impacts clients' presenting concerns, symptoms, history, etc, so assessment results can be interpreted based on the unique client
