Reason for joining the directory

I wanted to join the Consortium's provider list because finding queer-friendly practitioners can be hard and is usually from word of mouth - friends or family who have had good experiences. Being open publicly and sharing my nature as part of the community helps build trust and whittle away at stigma for patients and practitioners considering all the options available for them.

In their own words

Being part of the LGBTQIA+ community means serving my physical community while still being my authentic self.
