Reason for joining the directory
I work (almost) exclusively with the LGBTQIA+ community. I hear about the struggles they have been through trying to find the right care for them. As a result I try to connect with more communities. I want people to know they have options especially those who need a more non-traditional and minimal barrier access to care. Everyone deserves to be able to access quality therapy on their terms. Care that's flexible to their needs, allows them to be in control and without having to worry about how they are going to afford it.

Aside from lived experience and a long list of training and certifications, I am in a constant state of learning. I believe it is imperative to stay up to date on changes in gender affirming healthcare, legislation and the needs of our community as a whole so I spend time weekly attending courses pertaining to our community.
