As an ally, it's my responsibility to be aware of health disparities and barriers to care related but not limited to a patient's LGBTQIA+ identity. I strive to proactively learn the best ways to care from patients within the LGBTQIA+ community, and I welcome feedback with humility about ways to continue to improve access and equity in healthcare.

I have experience prescribing gender affirming hormone treatment, PrEP, and making referrals to surgeons for surgical management. I have also completed Spectrum's online course on LGBTQIA+ care, and done readings on healthcare disparities within the LGBTQIA+ community. My current patient panel is above average representative of the LGBTQIA+ community.
