A highly valued practicum experience includes one year of working in a clinic solely focused on providing care to transgender and gender expansive folx as well as their families. This experience also included providing letters for access to gender affirming medical care. Additionally, my dissertation is focused on investigating stigma against transgender and gender expansive clients held by mental health clinicians.
