I am invested in being an ally and I am interested in learning more...I certainly know I could improve. My values are to treat all people with dignity and respect and to speak up and show up when I see that is not happening around me. I believe in aligning my intention with my actions. This includes how I interact professionally and personally with members of the LGBTQ community as well as my role in how the local neighborhoods, organizations, establishments, and the government treat people within the LGBTQ+ community.
